a helping hand..

Just when I thought nothing in the world could take away the stress, worry, and frustration of these past ten days...

I get this little picture text from a dear friend...

And suddenly, things didn't seem so bad anymore. I only hope this little lady knows how much she is appreciated and cared about! She really is a gem and half :) AND.. as if she wasn't the coolest person already... she loves Marilyn too! This friendship is meant to be, ha.

((For those of you who don't know about the love affair I have with Ms. Monroe, visit here.))

I know I am blessed beyond belief with beautiful friends, inside and out. They really do make my world go round.

So, today I challenge you to take the time to let a friend know how much they mean to you. You could touch their lives with just a few words, but they may need you + those {few} kind words more than you know.

Happy Saturday my beautiful blog loves!

That is SO true. I had that happen to me this week maybe not in that exact way but similar. people need people and they need that little ray of sunshine light with often just a smile or words like your friend sent you will go a long way. hope your doing well lady and got through finals. :)

Oh I just love this a lot. I typically do not like writing on myself but I think I just might and send a good friend a little note :)

Have a great day!

Hi there,
I've seen your cute little profile picture in so many of the blogs that I frequently read, so I'm thinking the universe is telling me that I need to start following on your blog, too. I've read a few of your posts and love your "voice" here. I look forward to learning more about you!

What a wonderful friend you have. And I bet you have done something seemingly small for a friend, but it made a big difference in their lives. That's why we should always smile, say thanks, and tell people what they mean to us.

Great blog and great post! I sent a text to a friend I haven't seen in quite awhile and we ended up having a great phone conversation and have made plans to visit soon. All because of your little post. Love it. Thanks again.
