i'm so out of it... you'd think it's a wednesday.

Sometimes, we all just have those BLAH days. You know what I'm talking about. BLAH. 

However, instead of wallowing in those BLAH days we have got to find remedies and outlets to channel our emotions through instead of letting them take us over. {I'm preaching to myself guys...}

And whenever those things don't work... I look to my favorite. She is just the best. 

What outlet do you guys go to to try and help turn those BLAH days around?

BLAH days are the worst. i've been having too many of them recently too! sometimes you just need a good movie and some frozen yogurt.

I hope you can get out of your blah day soon!

My outlet is definitely reading, watching TV, and my favorite is loading up a friend, going for a drive and just VENTING. Venting definitely helps me get through the blah-ness of days, and once I get out of the car I feel 100% better.

My laptop, my studio, my jewelry supplies - it always (ok ok ok *usually*) gets me out of my funk!

I have to second Jessica's comment...I head to the gym, crank up my iPod and sweat it out. And they usually end up being my better workouts!

We all have days like this, so give yourself permission to want to step back and take a breather; I think it can be healthy! And when you do bounce back, we'll be here to bounce with you. :)

My outlet? Pizza. And white cheddar popcorn. And lemonheads. And chocolate. And then sometimes I guess I workout;-)

I'm having a blah day as well. Usually I go for a run, but today I'm going straight from work to class, so I'm going to have to come up with an alternative de-blah activity.

Everyone has their BLAH days!! Sometimes, I think it's perfectly fine to wallow and moan in it. Haha.

I LOVE that quote. On blah days I like to spend time with my family...they usually make me smile. If that doesn't work, trashy tv seems to help. Ha. ;)
