We all have those up and down times. And when life knocks us down, sometimes we need a little extra help.. And whenever that time comes and you're having a two-star kind of day, I want to offer a few "pick-me-up" suggestions of my own.
- Do something that makes you feel good about yourself. Community service, workout, facial, nails, or in this example, your makeup.
- Watch/read/think things that make you happy.
- And above everything else, NEVER forget how to smile.
