6 years...

As the clock strikes midnight tonight, you've been gone for six years. But for those of us that knew and loved you... Six is just a number.
I wish you could be here and see all the amazing things I've seen. I hope you are proud of me for the life I have made so far. I think of you constantly and miss you all the time. But I know one day, we will meet again.
Love ya, Jeremy Dean. Miss you more than words can say.
"Late night drives, all alone in my car
I can't help but start
Singing lines from all our favorite songs
And melodies in the air
Singin' life just ain't fair
Sometimes I still just can't believe you're gone

And I'm sure the view from heaven
Beats the hell out of mine here
And if we all believe in heaven,
Maybe we'll make it through one more year
Down here"- Yellowcard

Sam~ I just want you to know that you inspire me. Monday, I will have lost someone 7 years ago to a car wreck. Its hard, I know. But you are always so positive and have kind words to say. You are following your dreams and that inspires me. Thank you so much for being you and putting yourself out there for the rest of us. I'm so blessed to have "gotten to know you" through your blog. I hope Australia is treating you well!!

I'm not sure of the story here, but today is the anniversary of my uncle (my dad's twin)'s death, and reading your post made me want to do something special for my dad today.
Thanks for a sweet post,
meri
